PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION
All online orders can only have one discount code or promotion applied. All discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All standard shipping rates will apply.
- We ship all of our orders from Irwin, PA.
- For all east coast orders please allow 1-2 business days for arrival once shipped.
- For all west coast orders please allow 3-5 business days once shipped
- For international please allow 7-10 business days once shipped.

ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY
For out-of-stock items or backorder, in this case, whether they would like to order a replacement, receive store credit, or a full refund.
For preorders, the date of delivery is an approximate date and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
All Skintini orders are nonrefundable. We offer a try before you buy kit, therefore We do not issue refunds due to “change of mind” or incorrect purchases.
Exchanges or store credits are approved at the discretion of Skintini. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at skintiniskincare@gmail.com. We will request photos of the damage/faulty item to be attached in your email.we will arrange for the item to be replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged faulty item back in its original packaging. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
